NASA SBIR Ph II Awards $1.5M to Impossible

Impossible is please to announce that our instruments DiSCO: Dual In-Situ Spectroscopy and Coring and  HARPOON - High Access Raman Probe with Onboard Optical Numerization have both been selected for Ph II NASA SBIR 2020 Awards. With this increased funding and the two-year supported effort, our team will take both breadboard tested concepts developed in NASA SBIR Ph I (2019) and significantly advance these instruments towards mission readiness.

DiSCO Ph II is being developed through our ongoing partnership with NASA Ames Research Center in Mountainview CA while HARPOON Ph II is part of our continued partnership with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Washington D.C. Both instruments will be designed, tested and built at our world headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
