We are at the forefront of automated analytics using cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning.  Our data processing tools integrate fast and powerful multivariate data analysis techniques, neural networks architectures, and chemometric methods to implement AI/ML-driven predictive and prescriptive decision-making.  To generate the quality and quantity of data required for these tasks, we have developed innovative, miniaturized, rugged sensing systems that can be deployed in the lab and in the field.

 

Our most innovative concept, the 2.5LIBS Imager, enables 2.5D chemical imaging using adaptive optics and no moving parts.  This new LIBS imaging system significantly reduces the size, weight, and power requirements of existing systems and paves the way for the development of arm-mounted, integrated 3-axis LIBS imaging probes suitable for robotic exploration.

AT IMPOSSIBLE SENSING, we specialize in science and technology for measuring the scattering and absorption of light. Since 2016, we’ve been providing science and engineering contract R&D and customized end-to-end systems in Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), Raman spectroscopy, reflectance spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and imaging.
